Ballet, Lyrical and Contemporary
Ballet is considered the "backbone" of all dance training, and is important in the development of a dancer. In ballet classes, the students will focus on grace, elegance, technique, discipline, and flexibility. Dancers will work on having fun while using proper ballet technique to produce a graceful performance. This is offered for ages 3 years old and up.
Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style, and sound. Students will focus on the proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. As students progress through classes, tap rhythms will become more complex and technical. Tap is a fun way to express yourself through rhythms and expressions! This is offered for ages 4 years old and up.
Jazz classes involve sharp and fluid movements to create a visually technical dance and style. Jazz is usually done to popular music and involves body isolation, turning, and leaping. Students will learn the proper jazz technique and have fun implementing the steps into an entertaining dance. This is offered for ages 6 years old and up.
Hip Hop is a high energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing. This class is designed to encourage students to step outside of the box and bring their own personality to the movement. Hip Hop is typically done to the newest pop hits, and allows students to express themselves in a positive way. This is offered for ages 8 years old and up.
Learn the basics or work on advancing your skills in this flexible acrobat class. Students will focus on flexibility and balance while learning fundamental acrobat technique. This class teaches skills such as forward rolls and cartwheels while accommodating to each student's skill level. Acro is a fun way to develop discipline and concentration along with learning fun, new tricks! This is offered for ages 3 years old and up.
Musical Theatre class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various styles used in Broadway shows. Emphasis will be placed on learning performance skills and telling a story through dance and facial expressions. Students will focus on Broadway style jazz in a fun filled class! This is offered for ages 8 years old and up.
Yoga with Amy
Drop-in class: $10 per person.
Take time on Tuesdays to connect with your mind, body, and breath. This mixed level vinyasa flow class will move with the breath through sequences designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Beginners are welcome.
This class is designed for adults and students 12 and up. Arrive a few minutes early to place your mat. A limited number of mats will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Kids Yoga with Amy

Drop-in class: $5.00 per child
This kids yoga class will use music, stories and games to teach students to bring awareness to their breath and body. Children will learn yoga poses to gain flexibility, focus, balance, and strength.
This class is designed for children 5-11yrs.
